Without being maudlin or self-indulgent, the podcast strikes a sombre note this week with a tribute to Terry's dad, who passed away January 10th after a long and productive life dedicated to family and old school work ethic.  Needless to say, the episode is not steeped in hilarity, but there are multiple moments of mirth because that's the way Lou DiMonte would have wanted it.

Only a handful of aspiring play-by-play announcers have made it to the pinnacle of hockey broadcasting, and one of them is our guest this week.
